If you can use it projecting all your feelings, is a good news, but it would not be the end of the guitarists. It would be another form of play the guitar.

Jimi Hendrix was a genius, but the sonorous universe is infinitely greater than Hendrix or any other musician. If that apparatus is a musical instrument, a musician really, can make music with him. Its music will be as human as anyone. The feeling is not in the instrument but in the musician. The feeling of a musician cannot be judged therefore by the instrument that play.

History, gentleman - and I dont mean this making history, I mean look at history - player pianos, automated bass drums, banjoes with wooden "fingers" engaged with a cam - this is nothing more than an old-fashined idea (simulating human touch on an instrument mechanically) with modern robotics as the tech advantage. Just google player piano, or mechanical music - and see a hundred years worth of devices like this.

Those histories are as real as you. It cannot have limits for the creation through an instrument. Each one puts its limits. At the most limits you put, smaller you will be. What would say our grandparents if they saw us make music with a computer? Something similar to which you say now.
