I can't figure what is going on with MOTU. I have sent them 20 (yes that is spelled "twenty") DP 3.1 serial numbers registered to upgrade our lab to 4.1 and OS X. For over a month now I can't get them to issue a simple upgrade quote to allow me to acquire new version.
The last time I spoke with someone in customer service they told me that they were a month behind in entering registrations in the database. Without an up to date registration, they won't issue upgrades.
Let's see, no online registration and what has to be the worst technical support on the planet.
I love the product but this is no way to do business!

Any reason that none of the install CDs I have of DP 3 will install on 2002 QuickSilver Dual 1Ghz G4. I get an alert that neither 80GB HD has enough disk space?
Clueless?
