Does anybody have alternatives to using DigiDesign's PostConform whem conforming EDL from editingsystems like Lighworks, Moviola and similars?
I was thinking of using FinalCutPro to conform the EDL and make an OMF with embedded audio for the ProTools systems to use. Does this work fine, or is it a problem using the DigiDesign 192 audio interface with FCP? While we are waiting for ProTools 6.7 with V10 support and MAYBE a OS X version of PostConform or what they are choosing to call it now, I need to conform my EDL's and OS9 is no longer a possibility with my G5's! |
