I recorded a performance using an Edirol R1 digital recorder. This gave me a single MP3 file with the name "R1_0001.MP3" I split this file into individual song files in aiff format. I want to add these songs to my iTunes library and load them on my iPod. I want each song to appear in iTunes & on the iPod with the artist as "Gary Brocks" and the album as "Live At The Club". How do I do this? After looking at the itunes file structure, here is what I tried (which didn't work): I named the song files, each starting with a song number and then the tune's name. I put the song files in a folder titled with what I want to be the album name "Live At The Club" I put that folder in a folder named with the artist name "Gary Brocks" When I add the files to my iTunes library, they are lacking the artist name or track name. Same with the ipod What should I do?
