Should I Buy Digital Performer 4 For My Comp, g3 with serial ports upgraded to g4 OS X

Newbie Groupe : Members Messages : 12 Inscrit : 27 févr. 04 Lieu : Sf - US Membre n^o 37,022	i just upgraded my g3 with a new 533 mhz processor and OS x. i installed a usb card but my problem is that i have MOTUs midi express which has a serial port. will i be able to plug into OS X and DP 4 via the serial port? do i have to buy a new interface? what about iMate?
