I'm a former Micro Logic AV user who is thoroughly enjoying Garage Band. But occasionally I need a program with effects sends, etc. I'm thinking about Logic Express, which looks good to me. What is other people's experience regarding Logic Express? Thanks!

I have recently started using Garage Band (from Logic 4.8) and while it's not nearly as flexible in terms of cutting up audio and structuring songs (which is what I've mainly used Logic for), it is SURPRISINGLY good.
I also bought Logic Express last week, and it does quite a lot of things that my old version of Logic didn't, so I would highly recommend it. One thing that would be nice would be some way of accessing the Garage Band software instruments via Logic Express. Is this possible? |
