Just ordered Logic Pro 6 and a Novation K Station, now I need a Midi Interface.
What Midi Interface are you using, any good suggestions? emagic, MOTU, Maudio? Cheers.

Does anyone know if I could place the XSkey into the hub?
well as for that you can put it into the hub we have that running at my Taf Also any idea why Applemagic havent brought out a firewire interface yet? Yeah i was hopin Emagic would bring out a firewire interface which would rock and i would diffently get it over other interfaces. but i think it may be in the making haven't heard anything yet? see Apple having been working with Yamaha on mlan. like intergrating mlan into Core audio and Core midi It looks good. and a lot more simple no messy cables, But they don't have 24/192 Ad/da Converters Yet stupid yamaha there good but they need to get a move on . Does using Firewire or USB make any difference with midi? well i tend to stick a way from usb straight from ya keyboard theres problems with that. but getting a usb or a firewire interface shouldn't matter usb 2.0 is faster than firewire 400 i don't know bout 800 yet i will have to check that out . But if you get like the MT4 Man and run with logic and a hub should work like Bangers and mash FIre wire looks way beta out of the 2 for sure good luck |
