Reverb Questions, Need help replicating a reverb technique Options

I'm trying to replicate certain type of reverb but I don't know how. I don't know how to explain it too well either so here's what I'm talking about:

15 sec. sample in MP3 format, 358k

I know it's done with a heavily modified Fat Plate on a Lexicon 480, but I'm wondering if this can be done with software reverb. It sounds like the reverb is only on the really high, breathy part of the vocals. It sounds very ethereal, and I'd like to know how to do that. If anyone knows, please help. I know a little bit, but I'm pretty new to this stuff so don't assume too much. Also, I am running Cubase SX, and I have access to Altiverb and Trueverb in addition to the included Spectral Design Reverb A/Reverb B plug-ins included with Cubase.

Hi,

with Cubase you must duplicate your track, EQ it and put the send to prefade. this means, your signal goes to the reverb-unit before it goes through the channel-fader. then put the channel fader to 0.
don`t forget to put the Mix of your reverb-unit to "wet-only" (no Original-Signal).

so it works...

but i think the best way for that sound is to have a good 480 impuls response for Altiverb...
duplicate your vocal track and don't (!!) compress this one. set the send to prefade, Channelfader to 0 and go through Altiverb/480 Plate
Compress your Mainvocal 4:1 (or whatever you need) and mix it with the wet Signal of Altiverb. you may need a predelay higher than 30 ms for that sound. just try...
