I'm curious if anyone out there is running Digital Performer 3 and the Digi 001 ProTools LE together on the same machine. I'm building my setup, and that's the way I've been thinking. I have the dual gig G4, DP3, Motu's Time Piece AV - so I figure I'm pretty set on composing for MIDI. I'm saving for the Digi 001 (for tracking audio) and for the second Mac monitor (the idea being, one program for each screen). Have any of you gone the same or similar route? Run into any problems (with syncing or anything else)? Anything I should be concerned with? Thank you.

Thanks for the input. My idea is to run both applications at once on the same machine. Within any given composition, DP3 would be handling all MIDI information and PT LE would handle all audio - keeping those two worlds separate from each other (though synced via time code). So the way I see it (though this could be wrong-hopefully you can tell me) is that only PT would be accessing (if that's the right word) the 001 interface, as all audio would be happening in PT. DP3 would only be accessing the Time Piece AV. Does this sound right? Is all okay with this scenario?
