1)
Everytime I start up Digital Performer 4.01 I have to manually switch between my two identical midiconfigurations. This is because Core midi doesnt seem to regognize the Motu Midi express interface. It's Icon is greyed out and to get it active I have to go to menu and turn it off and then turn it on. I have the OS X drivers from Motu for the Micro Express. You may say that I should try with only one Midi configuration in the Motu folder. I have done that and there is no difference to the behaviour. I don't understand why Core midi don't regognize midi express automatically. 2) Another thing that I have thought about: Is there any difference to keep the applications in the User folder called "Programs" compared to keep the applications in the boot folder called "applications" Besides if you are more than one user on a computer.? |

I want to start a theory of conspiracy:
Apple will not let any music apps get a foothold on OSX until Logic succeed. Soon there will be a campaign to switch. |
