Hi All,
Just bought a new MAC and found out there is no Aksys version available for OSX! Does anybody know when it will be available (or if it will become available at all???) Since i do almost everything with my s6000 i feel like SHIT! Alex |

actually i was told by a member of the OSXAUDIO forum that ak.sys didn't work in classic mode...i was waiting impatiently and sending enquiries to akai as to when it would be released... i was told more than 3 months ago "this should happen very soon."
a few weeks ago... when i tried loading ak.sys in OSX classic mode (booting OS9 from OSX) it actually opened and worked fine. i've been using it for 3 weeks now... i wish i tried it sooner. good luck it should tie you over until akai releases the OSX version. if you can't boot in OS9 you may need to get a copy to use temporarily... |
