I know what your talking about but am not familar with your programs. I'm using 10.2.4. Just for the sake of testing, try using this piece of Shareware. I've used Sound Studio flawlessly for bringing in hours of audio tapes with a Sony tape recorder Walkman device plugged into my Macs audio in port. IMPORTANT- There is a "soft" and "hard" box you need to turn on to be able to hear the audio while bringing it in. I really like this feature being right in the interface for quick on and off while recording.
I also use the BIAS suite of products and you have to set it to hear while recording from the preferences. It's a much more powerful piece of software with a demo available but Sound Studio's sound on off feature is easier to find. http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcg...id=10003&db=mac -------------------- ----
Relax, don't worry, have my homebrew. Russian Imperial Stout (aged 1 year) currently on tap. |
