i just got my logic audio platinum upgrade in the mail today. i noticed that it is an upgrade for version 3.x or earlier to version 5. i own right now version 4.8. will this upgrade work for me? also, i assume that it will upgrade if i own logic audio gold and want to go to platinum. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

yep Emagic seeems to have poor customer service... I emailed them about upgrade pricing and never got a response either and callling on the phone leaves you on hoold forever waiting for a rep.
I think you might have to goto the site to upgrade 3.x to 4.8.1 or 4.x then goto 5.x. -------------------- ----------------------------------------
