Here, the combo at Apple (recommended), beware, it's HEAVY (729 MB).
Remember that for music making it's safer to wait a little to see if nothing ugly shows… So far, for normal use (non-musical) it's ok, but expect one or two reboot. In case of things seem blocked, wait a unreasonable amount of time (an hour) and you should have an up to date back up… just in case.

No news for Live, I'll ask.
Another member is fine with Amplitube, so the guy with issues must have something else fishy… One solution for live if you have the time and the hard drive, is to clone your system, update and see… This way you can go back to safety if needed.
