sometimes I use hyperdraw on regions then also use track automation(yellow line on track in arrange window) on the same track. Questiion: How do the two interact and how should I handle this aspect of volume control? I use volumn automation with these methods.. have tried a fader assigned to it through midi control (yamaha promix 1), but actually prefer tweaking with these arrange window lines. I just need to sort out how they interact and if I should just use one or the other..
advice? |

You have to go in and delete the nodes, or drag and drop the same audio region from the audio page.
No it's not a bug it work the way it was intended to. Hyperedit can only be displayed on one track or region at a time. It's just if you turn the display off, you risk creating automation that will be overridden. I only use it if I'm using several instances of a region and that the automation effects the actual performance of the part played. otherwise I use track automation, so I can view the automation of several tracks. ![]() -------------------- G-Dub
