I have 2 Motu Midi Timepiece AVs both are serial connections, has anyone used the MTPAV with a serial to USB converter?
I know the best thing to do is to buy a USB MTPAV and use it that way. I have a G4 FW800 dual 1.42 Ghz, with Cubase SX3. Also a Biege G3 with G4 processor upgrade using Cubase VST32. Does anyone know how to connect the two with VST link from Cubase SX3? Can I use the G4 and Beige G3 together with both Cubase SX3 and Cubase VST32 together? Thanks for any help! The odds of someone having done this prior to your attempt is mind boggling! It's not impossible... However, if this was the Bet Forum I would not bet on it. But, you might be one of those really 'Lucky People'. I am imagining your set-up... Must be awesome... Lot of noise and clever tech stuff... I only have a G5... Does everything... Most loudest unwanted noise I get is from a LaCie External. I know you are some sort of ElecTechWizzard but do you have time to create music?
