Bonjour,
Je viens d'avoir la confirmation que l'on peux se brosser pour avoir un version de Norton System Works qui marche avec Tiger ![]() Cela fait des années que je paye les mise à jours de ce produits, j'ai aussi Norton Antivirus Voilà le mail que j'ai reçu : ---------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Mr. Blanc, Thank you for taking the time to write to us. The only Symantec product currently compatible with Mac OS X 10.4 (code named Tiger) is Norton AntiVirus for Macintosh 10.0. Symantec is working on solutions to allow compatibility between Mac OS X 10.4 and the following products: Norton Personal Firewall for Macintosh Norton Internet Security for Macintosh Unfortunately, Norton SystemWorks and Norton Utilities will not be updated for compatibility with Mac OS X 10.4. Symantec made the strategic decision to discontinue development of Norton Utilities for Macintosh and Norton SystemWorks for Macintosh in an effort to focus more heavily on providing comprehensive Internet security solutions for the Macintosh platform. Symantec will continue to meet market demand for Norton Utilities 8.0 for Macintosh and Norton SystemWorks 3.0 for Macintosh and will continue to manufacture these products for an unspecified length of time. PLEASE NOTE: Symantec will maintain its commitment to supporting the current Mac operating system – Mac OS 10.3 (Panther), as well as any future releases of Panther (10.3.x). Symantec offers a 60-day Money Back Guarantee for all of our consumer Products and Services. Therefore, customers who have purchased either Norton System Works or Norton Utilities with the intention of using them with Mac OS X 10.4 will be entitled to have their product refunded if the refund request is made within 60 days of purchasing the product. For more information concerning the compatibility of Norton products with Mac OS X 10.4, please use the link below: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/num.n...src=bar_sch_nam If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us again. I am a customer of Norton, NSW and NAV since many years and I have upgrade every time a new version was available. I hope you will reconsider this decision, otherwise I will boycott all your product and I will launch a campagne on all the forums on Internet so everybody boycot your products Best Regards ---------------------------------------------------------------- ou à simplement boycotter les produits Symantec @+ Cyril |
