Hello,
I'm using Logic Express 7, and I am a complete novice, this is my 5th hour of owning it. I have 4 MIDI tracks that I have recorded and would like to convert to an MP3 file. I have created a track and set it to Output 1-2. I then go to FILE > BOUNCE and set all the options accordingly. The MP3 file is then created with the correct seconds and file name, but I hear no sound. I also see no activity in my panels when I have the Output 1-2 track selected. I know I'm doing something wrong, or forgetting to do something. What else do I have to do? -------------------- Connor Fabiano

I'll admit that I know nothing of Logic, but I do have an experiment for you to try out while you're waiting for an answer..
In Logic, with your midi tracks, and instruments loaded (in the manner you have explained previously). Add an audio track, select audio in for that track to "internal". Arm the track to record and press play. If you are getting a siglal in the meters, then press stop, the rewind and record, when the song stops, you will have an audio recording of the midi files (theorecitally..). If you do end up with an audio track with the actual sound you want, bounce that to mp3. -------------------- kaboombahchuck
