From what I've been told the G5 1.8 single processor is much more stable than the more powerful models with dual processors, especially in regards to music editing???
Anyone care to speak from experiance regarding this??? |

i owned a single g5 for a couple months. the computer stayed in the apple store more than half. finally they let me upgrade to a dual 2.0 ghz and i have to say that if you think you have a good computer with a single g5. wait til you work on a dual g5. no comparison. none.....
i am not putting down the single models. there just an added umph with the dual models. i feel much more confident about my mixing using a dual g5 than i did with my single. and i have to say that logic's performance is perfect... |
