 Plug Ins Problem In Pro Tools 7 |

I have upgraded to Tiger and got Pro Tools 7. Pro Tools 7 works on my Mac OS X G4 laptop but my plug ins don't seem to work. I have an VST-RTAS converter but still when i start a new project and load up an audio track when i go to other when loading an insert my plug ins don't appear. I am using the first M Box. I know they should as my friend has the same set up and upgraded to tiger and his work. I have checked in Audio and Application Support in Library and all the plug ins are there and when starting up Pro Tools 7 they seem to be loading up.Can anyone help please.
