Hola Chillout, soy un argentino en Roma, y quería decirte que si bien Live es GENIAL, necesitas una fuente creadora de sonidos, como FLoops... con distintos sintes, etc, esa solución es Reason, que es un "todo en uno"... además de poder crear loops o canciones enteras, en vez Live toca esos loops ya creados... es un secuenciador... mayormente para actuaciones en vivo... Además puedes conectar ambos programas via rewire, pero eso es otra historia... Espero te sirva de ayuda... hazme saber...
Saludos a Mexico y a la gente de Imeca music... (tenia un amigo que tocaba para ellos...)

Also, there is Arturia's Storm which is a cheap little app
not sure of it's looping or effects ability. But I have
used the fore mentioned three and they are all extremely
capable, with Garageband being obviously the weakest
but the best value for beginners.

Wow!, que sorpresa contigo Ernene, que dice la chula Roma?, sabes la verdad no conozco a la gente de imeca music, pero de todos modos chido el saludo, Yo conozco a alguien de noiselab, en fin.
Ok gracias por tu respuesta, si es cierto lo que necesito es algo para crear Loops, y no secuenciar estos, entonces la solución es Reason!. Pues lamentablemente no tengo lana ahorita para comprarlo, asi que fui a limeware, y ya descargue los archivos que se supone que son para tres cds. este es un gran problema, pues no puedo instalarlos, ya tengo el serial y archivo de instalacion, el archivo del orkester y el otro bank, ya hasta queme los cds y no me jalo, instale en custom para anular la instalacion del orkester y el otro, y de por si nada. De casualidad tienes algun consejo para que pueda instalar este Reason?, o definitivamente hay que comprarlo?.

chillout, la mejor forma es comprar el programa!!! todos tus problemas se resolveran en un segundo. reason es un programa ma-ra-vi-llo-so, con infinitas posibilidades incluidas en el para crear musica, no pierdas tu tiempo y compralo!! no te arrepentiras...

Veo que hace falta un forum en español!!! ahhh, pensaba que nunca podría hablar de estas cosas en mi propia lengua...
Chill... la verdad es que te podría dar algunas respuestas, pero sería alimentar la ilegalidad, y yo como tantos, soy un felicisimo usuario de una copia con licencia de Reason 2.5, además de Live 3.0.4 (esperando ansiosamente el 4!) etc... No te arrepentirás para nada de ahorrar y comprarlo... además si necesitas ayuda para descubrir su potencial, estamos todos a tu disposición! También vale decir que ahora no cuesta tanto como cuando salió dicha versión, x lo que buscando seguramente encontrarás buen precio... Y no te sucederá como a mi, que con un crack de un soft fui a tocar, y antes de iniciar decidió no funcionar más... la legalidad no tiene precio... y es estable!
No descartes Fruity, ni el pc, yo lo tengo (solo que nada se puede comparar al MAC!!!) y hago bases con fruity, o loops con el 3 osc, etc, las exporto y luego las uso en Live (en el Mac) o un sec. como Cubase o logic, con reason en rewire... y tienes más sonidos con que jugar...!!!

Also I think that now you can find it cheaper than when tis version was lounched, so searching you will find a good price... And it won't happen like it happend to me with a ckracked soft, before playing live it decided not to work anymore!... Legality have no price... and it's stable"
Don't get rid of Floops and the pc (but nothing can be compared to mac) I make bases in fruity, and loops with the 3 oscillator, etc, then export them and then use them in my Mac, in Live or another seq. like Cubase or Logic... and with Reason in rewire.... and you have more sound to play with!!!

ernene, creo que todos hemos recorrido el camino del soft cracked, y estoy de acuerdo con vos, el tiempo que uno pierde en tratar de hacer funcionar el programa quantificado en plata, uno se puede comprar tres o cuatro veces el programa. mi experiencia fue con cubasis para el os 8 y fue frustrante, de ahi en mas, cambie my politica y hoy prefiero ahorrar y esperar pero tener un programa estable y completo para no pasar mi tiempo a hacer funcionar el mac en vez de divertirme con la musica. El forum en castellano es una buena idea!! que tenemos que hacer?

ernene, I think almost eeverybody has gone thru the cracked soft road, and I agree with you, the time spend trying to make it work, translate it into cash, one could buy three or four time the software. My experince was with cubasis under macos 8 and it was frustrating. from that moment on, I change my strategy and today I prefer to save and wait and have a stable and complete piece of soft, and not waste my time trying to make my mac work instead of having fun making music. The Spanish speaking forum is a good idea, what do we have to do?

Gracias Ernene, pues si en definitiva apoyo el asunto legal. Y bueno pues entonces comprar este Reason, del cual hablan muy bien. Sabes Yo empiezo a involucrarme con el desarrollo web, y multimedia, por lo tanto mi necesidad son loops ligeros, y es por eso que estaba utilizando Fruity, y tienes mucha razon al poder seguir utilizando esta herramienta, y despues exportarlos a Mac, igualmente Yo pienso la neta es mac, (*como decimos en Mex.) Pero ya esta claro la solucion es Reason, para no hacer tanto relajo.

Chillout Reason 2.5 es increivle programa esta super chingon!!!! la unica bronca es que no graba voz ,Logic express $150.00 con el descuento de estudiante, tanbien esta sabrosisimo ,mas dificil de aprender ,pero vala la pena, con estos dos programas ,te pudes dar vuelo !!!!!buscalos en EBAY
