8 Extra Channels Of Adat Analogue For Digi 001?

Newbie Groupe : Members Messages : 3 Inscrit : 06 août 02 Lieu : Lincoln - US Membre n^o 6,619	The PreSonus DigiMax (zzounds.com) has 8 analog ins (XLR) with ADAT out, and I swear I've seen a Focusrite product with essentially the same features, but I can't find it -- check Digidesign's site. If you are using an ADAT deck and want to transfer to Digi001... why not keep it all in the digital domain for best results and use SPDIF or the optical cable? The optical cable will push 8 channels through it. I am not sure what ADAT you have but I assume almost all have some form of digital transfer method seeing though ADAT is digital and not analog.
