The new software we use for the forum brings in a lot of new features for you and for the moderators. Here is a list of most of them:

- Post edition, now there's 2 modes fast/complete, if you need the tags buttons or the smileys, go complete, the fast is faster… wink.gif

- New form in WYSIWYG to post, tag/smiley insertion is at the point of text insertion selected (no more at the end of the written part as before). You can directly style by selecting a part of text and use the buttons.

- If you post twice one post after another in the same thread over a short time period, both posts will be merged.

- when answering to a thread you have 3 different options on how to do so:

- directly, without quoting text, with the " REPLY " button at the bottom of the thread column.
- quoting a single post, with the " "REPLY" button at the bottom of the post.
- quoting multiple posts, with the " + QUOTE " buttons then " REPLY "

don't forget to edit the quotes in order to keep only the interesting parts, else we'll end with loooooong answer but rather boring copicats for the most part.

- New ways to subscribe to the forum, now you can even subscribe to a forum part only (like only the Logic forum), visit the options at the head of each forum and your user area.

- now, you can upload a pic in your member page, different from your avatar

- there's a CARD giving some info on each member under each post, it gives access to the messengers systems login, the email etc.

- summer/winter time is automatically changed

- you can tell the forum not to show you some users (especially their posts)…

- there's for moderation a warning system now, if warned, you'll see a warning level going up (it can go down too fortunately) and you'll be informed of the reason. Not that we have to do much moderation anyway here smile.gif

Don't forget to visit around, there's really a lot of new things! I'm still discovering too smile.gif
