Hello I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good method to free up any hardrive space that may be bogged down by unused files. I have my first recording session tonight and I want to make sure I have optimized m hardrive space. I'm new to logic, mac, and ccomputers in general, and I'm not sure if throwing a folder in the trash completely frees any space on the drive. Thanks for your thoughts!

Idealy, yes another hard drive would be great but my budget has been pretty well spent on my current pwerebook and software. I'm considering the re-install suggestion but i'm not sure how to uninstall my running version. Would it be equally beneficial to toss programs in the trash?
