Good point about the dismal development in support, or lack thereof. I have only needed to call Emagic a couple of times, but was glad that I could.
I think Apple is making a big mistake with the Apple Care approach. |

i have to say that i am in for the long haul. i have been using logic for a looooonnng time. i can't afford to switch back (windows). i wouldn't dare. i hate that it has come to apple care support. if they do apple care support i am going to use the version that i have now a long time. i don't have to call for support much, but it is nice to know i can/could call someone and just talk without being treated like i am a bother. everytime i have dealt with apple care it is with script reading moron's. almost as bad a calling the local broadband isp. hahahahahaha
i crack myself up with that one. |
