I really regret that BIAS has gone out of business.
I've been using Peak for more than a decade and although it had some deficiencies it was a versatile tool. I does't disappear suddenly, but it definitely will fade away from my system over the months. I still haven't found a replacement for it. There is an offer from Steinberg, but........ I still cherish hopes that there might be a resurrection. |

i'll miss Peak, that's for sure. Last month DSP Quattro had a very attractive upgrade path offer that i took them up on, but i haven't had the heart yet to integrate it into my work flow. Peak has been at the final stage of all my productions for years and years, and it'll be strange putting it on the shelf.

I don't know why but there were times when she was on during the morning hours, I;d watch her....sometimes.

It also has an online component as well as a mobile app. Support is excellent and updates with added features have made this my mastering application. |

I would try the New Triumph Audio Editor from Audiofile Engeneering. It has a few realy new and forward looking features!
When you come from Peak, like I do, you have to think a little bit "Around the Corner", but I think that it is realy worth the time! The Apple script Actions are marvelous" Manix |

Peak will be missed here once my last install runs out, we've been using it since the beginning, we used to beta test it, and some of the more arcane features aren't duplicated in anything else AFAIK, such as convolution, and the various looping tools.
