I had to free up some cpu by freezing some tracks on a session in Digital Performer 4.5 and I can't remember how to unfreeze them. Do you just delete the frozen tracks? Scratching my head...
I just got a backlight replacement from ebay for my S1100EX sampler and don't know how to install it. Any techs in here that can walk me through it or point me in the direction of a web site that can help? Thanks in advance for your help.
I recently purchased Melodyne. It's a great program for tuning, time shifting, or applying melodies to a drum track. For instance, you can copy a vocal performance and paste it over a drum track and the drum track will play that melody. I have the manual but can't get my head around how to apply Melodyne as a plugin. The plugin is Melodyne Bridge. You have to somehow record the soundbite in the 'Bridge" window but I've had no luck getting it to work. Does anyone here know the procedure? Thanks in advance for your valuable information.
A few days ago I opened up a song I was working on and there were no visible soundbites in the sequence editor. The song played and I could mute and solo tracks but no waveforms. I'm running the program on a Mac G4 533Dual with an 828 sound card. It's been running smoothly up until a few days ago. A guy I know that works on PCs and unfamiliar with DP told me to uninstall Dp4.5 and reinstall it. I'm hoping I don't have to do that. Thank you very much in advance to anyone that will help me.
