Having trouble sending synching up cubase le, to the Tascam 1884 to the Roland 1680. Running a Mac power book g4 running at 1 ghz and 1 ghz ram. Been trying to get the prefrences out of cubase but no luck. I think I'm not sending any mtc to the tascam. Please advise.

Does anyone know if you can you hook up the presonus firepod and tascam-1884 together and record at the same time?
I am receiving a 1ghz g4 powerbook w/ 256mb ram . I would like to know what are my limits on running logic and other programs.
I want to get maximum performance. Would installing 2GB RAM be the answer? Would upping it to only 2 512's suffice? Where should I be spending my money?
