HELLO ALL GROUP MEMBERS
I just got the DP 4.12 version ther are some basic problems I cant solve,
coz im totally not familiar about OSX with MIDI
thanks for any help in advance

im using DP4 with Roland XP50 and yamaha CS2x synth

Pls let me simply explain my problem
first, I use Roland XP50 and Yamaha CS2X
-Back in the DP3 days, choosing patch sounds from
patch name list was no problem, coz free midi offers
these patch list
but now as I switched to DP4.0 (OSX), I realized its
totally different from OS9, which OSX doesnt need
freemidi anymore.
now in DP4, i cant see any proper patch names I
can choose from. Ive check AUDIO MIDI SETUP, i dont
have a clue, there arent anything like a total patch
list I can see...yes, after I upgraded to DP4, XP50
appeared in the MIDI OUTPUT column, but the patches
column are EMPTY
how does other ppl do?
pls show me step by step, like i dont know nothing,
how can I make the right patch sound names appear, so
I could start working right away
thanks alot

pls advise me like Im a totally beginner
im always feel so frustuated regarding midi setup

thanks alot

Kevin
