hello to all, i have set up a new project studio running on a dual G5 tiger. i was using logic express 6.4 on my older G4 panther. i am wondering how does express 6.4 perform with tiger, 10.4.2 specifically. i am considering upgrading to express 7 via the $99 apple store fee. if express 6.4 runs smoothly, i might wait on this update for now. please comment on info regarding this upgrade and performance, from personal experience and other solid sources. thank you for your time.
any new remarks for logic users who updated the system?
hey all please sound off if you have good/bad experinces with the latest system update and logic pro/express [with hardware info ] - is it "safe" to upgrade? thanks
hello i want to hear from ppl having good and bad experiences with macosx 10.3.3. and the logic line [pro & express]. is it safe to upgrade a studio?
hello. i have recorded a track in audiodesk and i wish to make a loop out of it, and import it to soundtrack. my audiodesk track bmp is 150. i export via bounce to disk [better way to export 1 track?] to the default sound designer II file [anyway to output to another format?]. to let soundtrack see the file, i open it in QT player, export to aiff, and open with soundtrack utility, to add some metadata. then i import to soundtrack. alas, the file is no way near the bmp of 150. more like half, and plays way too fast in soundtrack [soundtrack speeds it up].
how can i do all this, and make it work?
