Logic 6 - Creating New Tracks

Hello.

Could anyone please tell me how to overcome the Logic 6 OSX bug that links the automation in the newly created track to the previous track, rendering the new track....

uh...

useless.

and Yes...

I'm new to Logic...

but not especially useless.

Mobilepre Usb

Hello.

Problems with the MobilePre USB - I'm running audio from mic -> to mixer ->to the Mobile -> to Peak. Problem; Peak isn't reading the audio. I'm getting signal into the mixer and the device; just not out into the computer. Yes, my drivers are loaded into the folder...I tried swapping the cable and port and I reinstalled the drivers.

Advice...anyone...
