I can't figure what is going on with MOTU. I have sent them 20 (yes that is spelled "twenty") DP 3.1 serial numbers registered to upgrade our lab to 4.1 and OS X. For over a month now I can't get them to issue a simple upgrade quote to allow me to acquire new version.

The last time I spoke with someone in customer service they told me that they were a month behind in entering registrations in the database. Without an up to date registration, they won't issue upgrades.

Let's see, no online registration and what has to be the worst technical support on the planet.

I love the product but this is no way to do business!

motu are a crappy bunch of crappy crapheads. it's so true.

buy their products at your peril. good products when they work, but the most inadequate bunch of potheads on the planet when it comes to doing thing one to sort out any tech support issues.

(okay, i feel a little better)
