I'm having some trouble with a USB-MIDI box I own. It's an Edirol UM-1S, and works great in Jaguar with edirol's driver. However they haven't released a driver yet in Panther. I phoned them up to ask when they would be releasing it, and they said "not till October 24th". Surprise! However, they did say that the driver components would NOT be changed, but simply the installer package. I'm wondering if it's just a case of putting the files in a different place, or changing the permissions for Panther. I've put a screenshot of what the package will install according to Pacifist hereWhen I boot up, I get an error saying that the .kext file is "not in use", or words to that effect. Can anyone help?
