Hi,
I wonder if anyone knows of a manual, resource, or tutorial about changing frequency in Bias Peak or any other program. So far, I've mostly played around with Peak's VST plug-ins, because Bias provides no description or manual for their use. Can someone explain the concept, point me in the right direction for using its power to restore old tapes to suitable CD quality format, and/or tell me where such information exists?
