Looking For Cd Recovery Software Options

My cd recorder had a power failure during a live recording and could not restart, so the cd is not
complete, but does have material recorded on it. My cd reader sees it as a blank disk.
can you direct me to software that will recover what is there?
the cd recovery programs I found so far fix scratches and require a disk with table of contents, indexes and end-of-file marks, etc.
