Hello everybody.
I have a problem in the page to download the ultrafocus actualization when I click to download, appears a window and I don't know if I have to put my nickname of this page and my password to download. If somebody knows what I have to do Answer me please. Thanks.. B. regards. isis1 |

Hey! If so it should be written. Have you tried with a different browser?

Then I think it's time to write the guys a nice emails explaining your issue as either your codes are bad, or something is very wrong with their website.
One last check, look that you accept any cookies and disable your firewall for a moment while trying a last time before writing to them… beyond that, it's either of the above I mentioned.  Be nice, they will be too
