Hello mac musicians,

I have an electric guitar. I don't have an amp. I'd like to play the guitar through a Behringer 2-channel mixer into my PPC dual-core G5. I'd like to be able to monitor music from iTunes and play along with the guitar so that both sounds are playing out through the studio monitors from the G5. Is this a dream, or does this sound possible? Thanks,

Bond

Sure. You have Garageband on the mac more than likely, so you can use the guitar amp sims that come with that for your amp. Hook the mixer up to the G5 or an audio interface, plug in and go to town.
