I'm waiting for a new motu 2408 drive for Mac OS X at 1 year. Do you know, when I will can use Logic, Motu 2408 and Mac OS Jaguar togheter?

you can sell it right now for the price of an 828, or upgrade to 2408 mk3, or one of a large range of alternatives!
the pci-324 will no longer be supported. backwards compatibility with the 2408 mk1 & 2 however, will.
