Evolution Uc33e +rmx/ableton Live 5.2 Issue, Anybody help me please ! Options

Ok -- Anybody out there running Stylus RMX 1.5 with an evolution U-33 controller and Ableton Live 5.2?

The video for setting this up from Spectrasonics is a little unclear. Since the update to 5.2, all my pre-sets disappear. The saved settings load incorrectly. The MIDI learn application is not working properly, or I have it set up incorrectly. I'm setting it up the same way I had before the update, but now every assigned channel opperates every fader, knob etc. When I try to open saved pre-sets in the Stylus track, none of them work.
I can't assign directly into MIDI tracks via Live MIDI set program, because there is nothing to assign. Have I done something to the controller and need to somehow press a series of those 12 buttons ? The manual for the controller may as well be in sandscrit. I know I'm not this stupid . . . or maybe I am.


Since digidesign bought Evolution, the support from digidesign is way, way substandard. (( And the sad thing is, digidesigns world headquarters is like 5 minutes from my house ))

I have posting out to Spectrasonics, DD, and Ableton, but no answer yet . . .

Please help . . . anybody ? . . .
