I am an IT support guy for a university and I have Practica Musica installed on one of my labs. The Prof. who uses the lab keeps telling me that there are problems with the software, spesifically that it keeps crashing unexpectedly. I am at the end of my rope, the tech at Ars Nova says that it should work and that there aren't any problems with it. Any advice? I am running Practica Musica ver 4.592 on and Intel Mac Mini with a MOTU USB MIDI interface. The Lab is running OS X 10.4.

Infotech,
I'm sorry, but the only comment I can make is that Practica Musica v.4.5.92 is PPC and not Universal Binary. Having said that, I've been running v. 4.5.91 on my intel iMac, OS X 10.4, with no problems via Rosetta. |
