Spectrasonics Tech Guru!, Big thx to Doug Options

After the obligatory hours of newbie tech- hell, I managed to install Spectrasonics "Trilogy" (excellent bass module). Im in UK but eventually resorted to ringing tech- support in California. I cant give enough praise to the guy (Doug) on the end of the line. He even rang me back in UK. He talked me thru a load of barriers, and was totally patient and courteous throughout. And was cool about keeping going till the thing was actually up and running and installed in my version of cubase l.e. Thx to him, and big shout to all more experienced producers on this site who help us newbies.
