whats the difference between using an audio cable and a midi cable to connect my triton le to my g4 thru an mbox? i hear midi cable doesnt work with mbox, so did i make a mistake buying it?

any help appreciated

Audio is for Audio (sound)

MIDI is for MIDI (protocol of communication controling the sound generators)
