Logic Express, missing loops in logic Options

I'm new to logic express and mac interface, working on tiger environment.When i open the loop browser in logic express its all empty.I got garageband with all the loops. how do i get the loops into logic loop browser.

Drag and drop your Apple Loop folder onto the loop browser, it will churn away for a while, then create a new loop index.
