Is there a Karaoke program for the Mac and where can I get it?

Go to VersionTracker and do a search for 'karaoke', there are about 8 or 10 programs on there for playing or making karaoke discs (CD+G format)

And putting your name and email address on here is going to get you seriously spammed, not to mention the address and phone number. There are some slimy harvesters about the place, I recommend against putting personal information in such a publicly accessable place.
