Logic Express And Garageband Real Instruments, What is the best hardware to use?

DigiDesign are asking for more and more, while Logic and Garageband are getting better and better for cheap and cheaper. What is the best stereo imput, no midi, guitar players dream audio interface for Garageband and Logic? Thanks! Sid
