I dont' know of any Cakewalk software for Mac this days. However, Metro 5 was owned by Cakewalk but it's nothikng like Home Studio. Sagan Technologies bought Metro back, they now have several Metro 6 versions. I use Metro 5 in live Performances to play MIDI keyboard and drum tracks using an iBook with Audio Sport 2X2 midi port and it works well. To transfer midi songs from Cakewalk I export midi, then open with Protools Free for PC, then export midi again, save on a floppy. On the iBook Mac OS 9 I open the midi files saved in the floppy with Protools Free for Mac OS 9 and export midi again save on desktop or any folder and inport midi with Metro. I use Metro because I already know how to use it, but Protools works good too and it's a Free download. So you might want to try that. Hope this helps! smile.gif
