hi

i am currently mounting the electronics of a MS20 and a SEM in one rack. problem is that they use different
control voltages. korg exponential and SEM linear. and i would love them to work together as one.

do any of you know simple circuits that reliably convert either linear to EXP or EXP to LIN? whatever is easier
as my midiinterface (PAIA midi2CV8) can do both.

thank you in advance

oliver

Search for korg MS02 shemos…

It can go either way and was effective. I don't have a link but browse for synth DIY or the Analogue Heaven archives once they will be back (the server exploded 2 days ago)
Have a look at Electronotes also.

Modify the MS20 as it's less rare and to screw a LIN control would be stupid (difficult to make effective so why destroy it, also if you want to expand with something else…)

now you posted into the French forum, it's moved where it belongs wink.gif
