I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get 7 audio tracks into one stereo wav/ aiff file? It never seemed to be hard to do in any other software...but with Logic Express...it seems impossible. What am I missing?

Yes it's ridiculous isn't it.
Basically you need to create an audio object in the environment window. You'll get what looks like a channel strip, and at the bottom of that there will be a 'bnce' button. Make sure all your tracks are sending to this master output and hit the switch. You'll get used to it.

hya an elaboration ..Once you hit the bounce button a page will come up allowing you to customise various aspects of the bounce including whether format you wish to bounce..(either mp3, aiff or 'wav' ) i guess you choose the appropriate one
