I currently use BIAB 11 on OS 9 with OMS as a driver connected to a sampler (Unity Player DS-1). I would like a similiar set up for BIAB 12 on OS X. My understanding is I will use Core Midi to connect BIAB 12 to a sampler. My question is, what sampler software is available for this purpose?

I am not a chiphead. Most of what I have been told about this is confusing and contradictary. The people at PG Music (makers of BIAB), and BitHeadz (makers of Unity Player DS-1) didn't know what I was talking about. Can anyone offer advice?

Thanks

Kevin Jones

MOTU makes a software sampler called Mach 5.
Check it out at http://www.motu.com/.

Reason 2.5 and later although not strictly a sampler is available for OS X..
