Mr-8 With G3 Imac, what software to mix tracks? Options

I just bought a Fostex MR-8 digital 8 track recorder, and I plan to mix some home-recorded live music tracks onto my iMac G3 revision C (a tray loading 333mHz machine with 320 Megs RAM). What software should I get? I've read about Tracktion, and others. I am fairly capable with running a Mackie sound board and other sound gear, so I'm new to this but not totally "green". I'd like some advice.
